“The appartment was first class. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is small but well equipped for holiday cooking. The living room is large, bright and airy. It suited our needs very well. We know Parque Santiago 1 well and always enjoy staying there.”

“The apartment is, in one word, great! It is located in Playa de las Americas, 1 minute from several nice restaurants, a 5-minute walk from the boulevard and it is within walking distance of "the strip".Despite this central location, there is hardly any noise pollution and that is really nice.The fantastic roof terrace has sun from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (we were there at the end of December) and there are sunbeds and good, large parasols. It is really lovely there!Parking was also no problem, there……

“Parque Santiago 1 is a great location, apartment was great, Pool was a great temperature, unfortunately no balls or floatables allowed which makes it a little less fun for children in my opinion, but this does make it more peaceful if your looking for a relaxed day by the pool. Shops, supermarkets and the beach all very close would definitely recommend ”
