“Wir haben uns von Januar bis März in AP2 wohl gefühlt.Einige Dinge im AP2 waren nicht so,wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben (es fehlte bspw.eine Couch im Wohnraum und einiges an Küchenbedarf).Allerdings war hier der gute Geist des Hauses (Christine)zur Stelle und hat für Abhilfe gesorgt.Sie hat das Objekt immer im guten,sauberen Zustand gehalten und war für uns immer ein sehr netter und freundlicher Ansprechpartner.Es gab wöchentlich neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche.Auch der Kontakt mit dem Büro……

“Best feature of this apt is the sunny balcony which has sun all day . Nice enough apt though a little dated , the back bedroom especially needs a coat of paint and get rid of all the ornaments and silk flowers would make it much fresher . Patio furniture issue raised with the host who will address it before next guests . Would benefit from some info I. Apt as to supermarkets , pharmacy , emergency numbers etc . ”

“The appartment was first class. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is small but well equipped for holiday cooking. The living room is large, bright and airy. It suited our needs very well. We know Parque Santiago 1 well and always enjoy staying there.”

“The apartment is, in one word, great! It is located in Playa de las Americas, 1 minute from several nice restaurants, a 5-minute walk from the boulevard and it is within walking distance of "the strip".Despite this central location, there is hardly any noise pollution and that is really nice.The fantastic roof terrace has sun from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (we were there at the end of December) and there are sunbeds and good, large parasols. It is really lovely there!Parking was also no problem, there……

“The property is perfect for a couple, it has all the essentials & the benefit of outdoor space. The complex is quiet & has a very reasonably priced restaurant (when open) & the pool is great. Surprised that there is a charge of 5 a day for a sunbed as this is different than the other Parque Santiago complexes we've stayed in. ”
