“Casa Pacifica was the destination for a family gathering for members from Florida, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, ages 2 and a half to 74. Hours were spent to gether enjoying the beautiful pool and backyard area. It gave us the opportunity to watch our grandson experience jumping and splashing with his uncles, who enjoyed helping him learn how to "go under". Then there was the wildlife! “This property was everything we expected. The in-house chef with breakfast every morning was amazing. It was such a treat! She stays in her own place and you don't even notice she's there but she appears with a wonderful breakfast at your preferred time. We even paid extra for her to make dinner the night we arrived which was absolutely delicious. The ocean view here has spoiled me. You can also see it from 3 of the bedrooms. The only thing we wished for was access to the beach from this……

“The listing title says it all - and they are right!! Best view of Samara hands down. What an amazing and fun stay we had. Listing is pretty much 100% spot on for what we got when we arrived. Easy walk down to the beach and town. Loved having the boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. If you do come to stay also check out Playa Carillo which is only a 5-10 minute drive past here. GORGEOUS beach with nothing on it but palm trees. We would absolutely stay here again. Also kudos to the security……

“We as a family of four spent eight days at the property beginning of August '25 (wet season) and enjoyed every day. The location was great being in the middle of Samara with a simple three-minute walk to the beach. The ice cream parlour across the road was a hit with the girls. You are spoilt for restaurants which can and do cater from breakfast to evening dinner. Accommodation was clean and functional with ample room. “Coco Flotante is an iconic and idyllic beach house that made touchstone memories for my family of 5. The house itself is very large and has great indoor and outdoor spaces to spend time as a group or alone. Big, covered patios with dining and lounging areas, all with views, a huge kitchen and bedroom suites all with AC.The house caretakers and manager are friendly if you want to engage or have a request, and otherwise just make sure everything is good. “Wow. Casa Iscaja is gorgeous. We had amazing breakfasts prepared by Eli with the freshest ingredients. Gerardo used his connections to find us fresh Tuna for dinner. Relaxing poolside overlooking the beautiful Costa Rican landscape and Pacific Ocean was tranquility at its best. Having massages while listening to the waves.
