“After arriving at 5 am, we weren’t able to get into the property, but Honeybee answered swiftly and professionally and gave us the correct code to get in. The place is well stocked, and we enjoyed that the kids got their own rooms. Honeybee decorates beautifully! The home was centrally and perfectly located between the two areas we needed to be. “A nice little spot in Independence close to NFL/MLB and downtown bars, restaurants, etc. Beds were comfortable and there is a good clean shower/bathroom. It's not the Ritz or even the Marriott but it is definitely a welcoming space for a few friends or family to share for a weekend. A few notes - there are about 25 steep steps up to the front door. I may have missed photo or mention of this on the listing. The towels and kitchen amenities were no frills but serviceable. There are downstairs……

The house has been updated since these photos were taken, mostly for the better (different flooring, for example).
