“Shockingly quiet for how close you are to other houses and downtown. Great neighborhood to walk around, awesome deli about 1.5 blocks away. Playground and small park about 1/2 block away. The best part was it felt safe for a single mom travelling with 2 kids. The space was larger than I thought it would be too. Small backyard would a great place to use if it was weed-eated and trimmed back, still a pretty area though. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was excellent too.”

“First of all, the owner is super responsive and helpful. The unit itself is really cute and comfortable with thoughful updates like an extra high shower head for taller folk. The only thing I wished it had was a full length mirror somewhere. The location is easily walkable to campus, several great cafés, restaurants, and shops. I'm sure I'll visit again. ”

“My husband and I stayed here for our niece’s graduation. Gladys was very responsive and the town house was very clean and well appointed. I’m not sure if the listing states that the bedrooms are all upstairs but that might be a good idea in case someone can’t climb the stairs. Everything was lovely!”
