“This place was perfect for our group of 10 (it should have been 12, but 2 didn’t make it). All of our needs were provided for…from toilet paper, to paper towels, and trash bags…even seasonings, olive oil, and pan spray. We played and kayaked in the freezing cold water; while shocking, it was also refreshing. Would definitely recommend to future guests. ”

“The cabin was clean, quiet, and serene. The beds were SUPER comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch, looking out on an empty field. Nicely decorated and extra touches such as a nightlight that turns on automatically during middle of the night visits and coffee provided were much appreciated! This place will definitely go on our list of re-visits when we visit friends in Searcy!”

“Didn’t need direct communication with property owner because everything was accurately explained in the welcome email. Conveniently located near Supermarket (Krogers-3 blocks away, walkable). Very clean and comfortable apartment. Walmart about 5 min via car. Overall if my wife was comfortable and she was, then I am happy. ”

“Property was “as advertised”…clean, well kept overall, well stocked, well located in relation to all associated and unassociated activities. Only recommendation we have for the host is supplying a new queen mattress for the upstairs loft bedroom. Current mattress has seen better days/nights, is overly soft, and sages in the middle. All other property amenities were exceptional!”
