“We visited Heber Springs area with family and friends and stayed at this property for 4 days which we enjoyed a lot. Property is well designed and furnished with 2 separate living areas, large dining table and rooms to accommodate 8 guests. Heating worked well as we were in late November. Host had a lot of games and children books available which was great. Property is well situated within minutes drive to lake, groceries, fishing, tracking, marinas and beaches. We found the home well cleaned……

“We decided to have a family get together in Heber Springs. We needed a large house with 5+ bedrooms. We found our perfect place. This house had everything that we could possibly need in the kitchen, large seating area with multiple recliners and sofas, a large table and comfortable beds. Felt very at home. The view looking at the river was great. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The fishing dock was big enough for our group and we had excellent Rainbow Trout fishing catching limits. ……

“Great location in quiet, well kept neighborhood. The property is within a couple of miles from family with permanent home in Heber Springs so it was in a very convenient location for us. The toilet in the master bath needs maintenance attention and there were cobwebs seen along baseboards and ceilings. We would definitely stay in the property again as the opportunity arises. ”
