“I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!”

“Upon arrival, the house was filled with taxidermy that was not included in any property images. It really impacted our children to the point they weren't willing to be in the loft and resorted to sleeping with us in the bedroom. We shared the concern with the property manager as soon as we arrived, but were offered no alternative. The dirt road to the home was in very rough condition, which was disclosed after we booked the property. Make sure to have a high clearance 4x4/AWD vehicle. Slim……
