The building has that old Detroit charm with big windows, exposed brick, and the most incredible old-school elevator I’ve ever used. It feels like something out of a film, with double doors you close by hand—loud, creaky, and full of soul. Honestly, it should be illegal to ever replace it. That elevator is a relic of the past, and it gives the whole building its heart. The loft itself was clean, warm, and surprisingly……

“Nice sized space. Definitely a work in progress in the repairs and upgrades to the house itself. Fridge was clean, spaces were clean, the bed was comfy and we liked having that TV for background noise while we were there. The kids at the park were a little noisy and the walls weren't very sound proof from the outside world. Overall, very enjoyable stay. ”
