“We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of kind touches included such as pizza, breakfast items, soap etc. The Vrbo listing had hot tub listed as amenity in error but there was a nice deep tub in bathroom. Glad to have found this place and would stay again!”

“We stayed just for a few nights while visiting family in Bettendorf. We were given detailed instructions on how to use the keyless entry so there were no troubles getting in when we arrived late at night, which was great. House was clean and beautifully furnished. We all slept great. The hot tub was fantastic on a cold winter night, adults and kids enjoyed it. Cole was kind enough to come same day and fix a wiggly shower rod. The sliding door in the kitchen to the deck takes a bit of effort to……

“Absolutely loved this historic cottage. Oozing with charm! Kathryn has created such an inviting get-away. We were in town for a family Christmas and needed a few extra beds and a quiet space for a break from the exuberance of 10 grandkids. Perfect peacefulness to be found at this cottage. Just a heads-up to any wanting to stay here; there are several small steps throughout the cottage in addition to the spiral staircase, all very well marked and lit, but still a word of caution for some. ……

“With 5 bedrooms (more if you count use of sun porch areas in warmer weather) and 3.5 baths this property is great for family gatherings! There are plenty of seating areas for people to gather or disperse. There is a large dining room that accommodated 8 of us for one meal. The kitchen is large enough for many to pitch in and has all the necessities for cooking and entertaining a crowd. We made all of our meals there! We arrived to find the lights on throughout and music playing—a very warm……

“Very clean, just the two bedrooms upstairs are really small and more like big closets that are not really appropriate for two adults to sleep in (more for kids/teenagers). Nice are, enough parking space”
