“Our group has an annual Fall outing that usually puts us in Southern MO or Northern Arkansas. We elected to stay much closer to the KC metro and found the One of a Kind Lodge. The house is beautiful and built with high end materials and finishes. The view to the East is spectacular. Plan on taking walks, fishing, cooking and sitting in rocking chairs. We had a very relaxing long weekend.”

“We were here for K rock frostbite. Accommodations were amazing. Clean, nice, amazing space. Loved that there was a pool table. My only downside was the check-in process. The instructions of where the keypad was to even get in is not accurate. I wish I knew I needed to call the host to be guided.But they were extremely friendly and guided me quickly to be able to get in. Overall five stars.”

“Property was clean and everything it needed to be for a traveling work crew..gate code was annoying, but only because I kept changing checkout date. Wish they had a guest card pass that could be used instead ”
