“Our favorite stay on our 11 day Budapest, Slovakia and krakow vacation! Property helped us to find milk for our babies when all stores were closed. The room had gorgeous views as did the property. There was cute little playground and space to kick a soccer ball for our boys. We wished we could stay longer!! ”

“This review would be different if the weather would have been hot. There is no air conditioning but only a fan. Otherwise it is a nice unique hotel with interesting decor. The receptionist was nice but there is some room for improvement of English skills. The location of the hotel is great with nice views of the main street. While there is traffic noise during the day, it gets quiet at night. ”

“Fantastic hotel set in an 800 year old castle. Stunning building, rooms beautifully furnished with all amenities, delightful castle grounds, magnificent setting for the restaurant with quality food. Breakfast excellent too. Difficulty with room keys on arrival and had to return to reception for replacements. On entering room discovered that room was not as originally booked on hotels.com website. After again returning to reception and lengthy dialogue with staff that our room was incorrect……

“Ich war vom Zimmer positiv überrascht. Im gebuchten Zimmer (Nr 301) befand sich ein grosses sehr bequemes Bett. Die Minibar mit 2 Mineralwasser, 1 Bier und 1 Sekt war kostenlos. Leider funktionierte eine Steckdose mit der Nachttischlampe nicht. Grosse Überraschung war früh morgens um 5.15 Uhr, als plötzlich ein fremder Mann (wohl Partygänger) in meinem Zimmer stand. Wie kann so etwas passieren, dass ein Zimmer doppelt vergeben wird? Meine Schlüsselkarte funktionierte auch nicht mehr. Die Dame……
