“This was our favorite overnight stop during our recent trip to Scotland. “Easy parking, clean and tidy room only let down was squeaky bed when someone moved, toilet and shower block clean and plenty of hot water, shared kitchen clean with plates cups etc. for a inexpensive place to stay was very impressed. If travelling in area again would definitely use, many thanks.”

“Bedroom and bathroom were clean! Beds weee extremely comfortable! Sitting room was an added bonus! Steve and Diane were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. “Great friendly staff, large comfortable room wonderful breakfast. Unfortunately, restaurant not open Sundays/Mondays when we were ther.”

“It is a great property but don’t arrive late because there is not much communication until you arrive at the property. We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest place we have booked. ”
