“The parking lot and buiding was clean and not heavy traffic. The desk area always had staff there at the desk and no lines. The room was clean. The bath room sink had a dim light. The drapery at the large window needs sown on the left side in room 123.”
“I like the location and cleanliness of the hotel. If I had to say one small thing that was inconvenient was the fridge. It would be easier if the fridge just remained on instead of remembering to turn it on every 2-8 hours. ”
“Perfect spot to stay for Six Flags Magic Mountain. It's just 5 min away. Even if the hotel is close to the highway it's calm and you can sleep.

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
