“This was a last-minute getaway for us. The cottage was a great escape. The host provided amazing amenities. The cottage decor was very thoughtful. The location was quiet yet just five minutes from everything in Round Top. And the view of sunrise and mist on the pasture was a beautiful bonus!”

“The actual property is much more impressive in person. There is a large front porch and back porch overlooking the property. There are huge areas of land in all 4 directions. Beautiful and very relaxing for a lady from Dallas!The interior is bright, cheerful, and very current. Delightful!”

“Howdy Ranch was the perfect bookend to our summer. We wanted a weekend away to enjoy each other and be outdoors. The pond was loved by all including the dogs! The water toys (john boat, kayak and paddleboat) were great to have access to. We did a lot of front porch sitting, dock fishing, cooking on the fire pit and admiring the sunset. Disclaimer, we have no idea if the tvs work…never had a reason to turn them on! ”

“This unique property was perfectly transformed into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The Sinclair included everything we needed, from extra towels and blankets to a fully stocked kitchen including even coffee filters, cooking oil, and a few spices. We loved the period decor--Sinclair-themed art, an old jukebox, even the little dinosaur. Even though there are tons of windows, the place is perfectly private, with mirrored glass on the outside and blackout shades on the inside. AC worked great during……

“I rode the MS150 and this was an excellent choice to stay between the Saturday and Sunday ride out of LaGrange. The property is a ranch and we made friends with the cows, calves, geese, and chickens! Nothing fancy, but that's how I like it. Owners are so nice. It was great sitting out behind the camper at sundown watching the cows eat hay and relaxing from a long ride. This would be a great spot for weekenders to Round Top not wanting to be in the busy part of town. ”

“Great property and great host with A communication. Highly recommended. I booked the property for an annual car-guys trip and it was perfect for us. Plenty of parking for all our cars, and great driving roads in the area. A nice long winding drive up to the house is a nice greet when entering, the house is nice and conducive to gathering. Big porch with plenty of seating and nice views. We really enjoyed the pool which is resort-sized, clean and well maintained. Hosts were very friendly……
