“We had a wonderful time at Grandview. The view really was stunning and the covered porch allowed us to enjoy it in the rain. When we needed a replacement coffee maker, Michael and Mariam responded and arranged one immediately. The house was very clean, exceptionally well appointed, and was equally accessible for both my grandmother and young children. Check-in and check-out were so easy. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Property overall was well kept and nice inside enough for family get together and kids TV shows were available. Ample kitchen supplies for coffee, sodas, plates and bowls, etc. Not owners fault but it rained when we got there and Friday at Tweetsie Railroad. It stopped long enough to enjoy the rides and train ride.Please note it up a a moutain rode that due to weather was slick and of course at night was not well lighted.Very nice place, receptive owner, if questions were asked. “We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect, lay out was great! They had everything you could need and more! Our 5 year old son had a blast with the Pac-Man, foosball, hot tub, and movie projector! The views were stunning! The fenced in backyard for the dogs was so nice to have. We highly recommend this property and we will absolutely come back! It was clean and comfortable! Close to everything you would want to do in the area. “Nicely appointed small apartment. One bedroom and a murphy bed in the den/living room. Keurig and coffee maker. Good Wifi. Parking for Sugar Mountain is very close. We were able to get a parking spot right near the lodge because it is so close. Owners are great and explained things well and timely. Thanks for the great stay!”

“Over all the property is great inside. However, there are no trail markings from the parking space to the unit. It is down the staircase and around behind two other units. There isn't a marked proper path. We had to hike in over roots, uneven surfaces and overexposed wires and lose stones to get to the property. You enter in the basement and have to climb up a tiny spiral staircase to get to main living area. We came back in the dark and had to use our phones as flashlights to find our way in.……

“Took my 2 teenage kids skiing at Sugar Mountain and this location was perfect! Ski in/out onto an easy blue slope (Birch) and maybe 5 minutes if you need to drive down to the sugar mountain lodge. Plenty of space for us with 2 bedrooms (not pullout couch) for us to rest. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.”
