“james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!”

“Loved our small water view out the bedroom window. Property was clean and well maintained. It was very quiet during our stay— I’m not sure how many others were also staying when we were there, but if there were people around we didn’t know! Loved the city of Plymouth, we were a short walk from some of the main hubs of town, and felt the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. You do have to pay for parking permits when you arrive, but thankfully always found parking right across the street from……
