“Absolutely gorgeous property, with one of the best yards any of us have ever seen. Close to town, hiking trails, and highways, but felt private and so peaceful. We were a group of writing friends using a long weekend as a mini retreat to get some work done, and had a wonderful stay. We hope to return as soon as life lets us! ”

“My friends and I will usually rent a cabin at nice a year or so, mostly staying in the Poconos or Catskills. We found this location on VRBO and loved it. The treehouse was a cool addition, made for some good pictures. The backyard was a good size and had a nice-sized fire pit and plenty of wood. The rooms were a good size, we all slept comfortably, and everything was very clean. The owner of the location was very easy to converse with and communicated well without being overbearing. “A little slice of heaven, next door to the Promised Land. We were in the area to visit Pa. State Parks and stayed here two nights. My wife found Rex Hotel online and she really relies on the reviews of past guests. With this receiving so many positive ratings we went for it. The no contact check-in and out was new for us, but no issues arose at all. In fact, everything went so smoothly it would be nice if others used this method. As far as Rex calling this a hotel, it is more of a motel, but on……
