“It was ok at best, far from luxury as described. Alot of things looked patched instead of properly repaired.Rooms and bathrooms were dated. Hot water heater defiantly too small for size of house, if house is meant to accommodate 10 people, you shouldn't run out of hot water after 2 people take quick showers. Now to be fair,maybe this just wasn't for me , this is the first time ever renting a home, maybe this was to be expected? Personally i will stick to hotels moving forward. The place was……

“It's a new rental and the owners are great communicators. I expect people's experiences to get better and better. The house (1960s vintage) needs some updating, like windows that don't open if you want a breeze, and screens in the porch that were detached from their frames. The kitchen is tiny (one person only).
