“Valcour Cottages was the perfect escape for a lake house vacation! The house was clean, perfect view of Lake Champlain, and provided wood for fire pits at night. We were able to use the tubes we brought to swim on a calm water day (there are steep steps to the water, but also a couple close beaches) The Cottages are near some gorgeous hikes! We hiked to the top of Rattlesnake Mountain and cliff jumped at Flumes Falls. Adirondack River Rental made Kayaking perfect along Ausable River! The host……

“Great property. True to its description, if not better! Don was a pleasure to work with. The beds were so comfy, which is the biggest issue we have experienced at other homes. The open floor plan was the best. Never missed a moment while doing kitchen duties! Thank you Don for sharing your property with us!”

“The property description was on point and any questions I had, the owner was very attentive to and quick with replies. The townhouse was clean, efficiently decorated, stocked with a few necessities like kitchen sponge, napkins, paper towels, and first aid kit. Appreciated that they supplied towels, linens and had AC for the two excessively hot days we were there. It is conveniently located to multiple bike paths and a short 15 minute car ride into Burlington for great eats and breweries.……

“Terrific spot, easy to check in, place was well appointed and neat as a pin. Owners thoughtfully provided condiments for sandwiches/burgers. Comfortable furniture, functioning minisplits cooled the place off quickly. My only complaint was that none of the windows in the TV room/den off the kitchen had screens -- it was a warm weekend and it would have been nice to be able to open those. Otherwise, great place. ”

“We had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. The cottage has everything you need - washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, TV and WiFi. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful. ”

“The property is beautiful. We were so fortunate to find this home. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and didn't get to enjoy the house nearly as much as we would have liked.
