“Beautiful property with nice staff ”

“This was a beautiful location! Hotel was very nice and helpful, with everything from arrival to departure. They suggested places to eat, things do do. Best part is that they did not send you to “tourist traps”. All the places they suggested were awesome! Hotel was nice and clean and in a perfect paradise location. 5 STARS”

“Didn’t like that there was no air conditioning. He lost power the second morning. We were here for a period of time. The toilet in the bathroom leaked badly from the base the bedsheets were used and uncomfortable. Overall, very unsatisfied with our stay here. Also, the unit we were given was right by the busy highway very hard to fall asleep at night.”

“This place was great! Perfect location on the south part of the island, close to all the Poipu beaches, shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The unit is large…every room is big! The kitchen and bathroom could use some updates but really it’s still very nice and it doesn’t take away from the experience there…comfortable, homey, functional with a wonderful island feel. And a great view out on the wonderful lanai of very lush landscape and a stream. Beautiful and relaxing. And not to……

“虽然酒店设施比较老了，但还是很干净的。房间都很大，花1000多RMB住2室2厅的房子，信价比还是很不错的。适合家庭度假。就是等到下午4点才在我们的强烈要求下拿到了房间的钥匙，这一点比较郁闷。”

“It was clean. The people who work there are friendly. Javere at HoloHolo Grill and Malia at the front desk, in particular, have exceptional customer service skills. The amenities are excellent (e.g. WiFi, workout room, pool). We enjoyed receiving the “green credit.” Everything that we needed was provided in a timely fashion. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.
