“It was clean. The people who work there are friendly. Javere at HoloHolo Grill and Malia at the front desk, in particular, have exceptional customer service skills. The amenities are excellent (e.g. WiFi, workout room, pool). We enjoyed receiving the “green credit.” Everything that we needed was provided in a timely fashion. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Thank you. ”

“This was a beautiful location! Hotel was very nice and helpful, with everything from arrival to departure. They suggested places to eat, things do do. Best part is that they did not send you to “tourist traps”. All the places they suggested were awesome! Hotel was nice and clean and in a perfect paradise location. 5 STARS”

The front desk person didn't seem forthcoming with information regarding getting around and amenities. Had a hard time getting the info The room had a pull out bed that did not work so we had not a great time sleeping on that sofa.”

“Great location, a lovely walk to the beach to see the turtles at night and for sunsets. We had issues with noisy neighbors, could not get the TV cable to work and the pillows were really awful. There were cockroaches in the kitchen at night, maybe that is to be expected but it caused us not use the kitchen much at all. We were pleased to get help with the shower, it is not very intuitive and could use replacing of the handle. The flashlights had not working batteries, so we walked back at night……
