“It was clean. The people who work there are friendly. Javere at HoloHolo Grill and Malia at the front desk, in particular, have exceptional customer service skills. The amenities are excellent (e.g. WiFi, workout room, pool). We enjoyed receiving the “green credit.” Everything that we needed was provided in a timely fashion. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. “We booked this trip very last minute. The owner, Brendan, was very helpful. He responded to communications quickly and was very easy to book with. Any questions we had he answered right away. The unit is amazing. It’s upgraded and beautiful. Having a washer and dryer was a big added bonus. We have stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation before but never in a unit with AC. It hasn’t ever been a deal breaker but this unit spoiled us with AC! It was nice to come back to the room hot and turn it on……
