“Beautiful home in a gorgeous place. The only issue we had was that it didn’t have central a/c. We knew this when we booked but it was warmer than we thought it would be while we were there. There are room a/c units in both bedrooms which made sleeping wonderful but the living areas were very warm during the day so we had to keep everything closed up. That was our only issue. Its location was perfect and very well kept up. We’ve been home two days and already miss it . ”

“Wonderful, quiet setting. Condo was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. Great access to beach - 5 min walk along nice path. Turtles at sunrise! ”

“The house is beautiful with nice furniture and a great outdoor space. But most people will want the negatives so here goes. The AC doesn’t keep up and is set at 69 degrees but the temp in the house especially upstairs stayed between 74-77. Too hot for me to sleep. There was construction going on at the house next door so you woke up to that at 8 during the week. Not that big of a deal, minor inconvenience. Here’s the real fun. There is an angry old lady that lives across the street. She clearly……

“Very nice property, inside and out. Close to the beach, shopping, dining. Love the aroma of flowers that is always around when sitting on the spacious outdoor deck. Fully functional kitchen. Comfy beds. We were very comfortable here!”

“We came to Kauai for the half marathon and ended up being less than half a mile from the start and end - couldn’t be a better location for that! A lovely unit that had everything you need. A queen bed, sofa bed, can sleep 4. There was even a pack and play in the closet. There’s in unit washer, dryer, kitchen, dishwasher. Shops within 1 mile and multiple restaurants. Beaches nearby. We had the best stay. ”
