“It was clean. The people who work there are friendly. Javere at HoloHolo Grill and Malia at the front desk, in particular, have exceptional customer service skills. The amenities are excellent (e.g. WiFi, workout room, pool). We enjoyed receiving the “green credit.” Everything that we needed was provided in a timely fashion. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The front desk person didn't seem forthcoming with information regarding getting around and amenities. “Didn’t like that there was no air conditioning. He lost power the second morning. We were here for a period of time. The toilet in the bathroom leaked badly from the base the bedsheets were used and uncomfortable. Overall, very unsatisfied with our stay here. Also, the unit we were given was right by the busy highway very hard to fall asleep at night.”

“The apartment was small, but room enough for a couple of nights. There is really no kitchen to speak of, just a warming plate and some other efficiency items. It would be very hard to cook in the little space. However, the little kitchen was well appointed. The rest of the apartment had everything we needed. I would suggest barbeque if you want to cook at the apartment. Also note, there were several apartments here and I think we had the smallest. We peeked into one other when the door was……
