“The hotel receptionist and restaurant staff were friendly. They texted helpful information about special events. Our room was spacious. Having a kitchen, washer and dryer made our stay more comfortable and convenient.”

“The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to request an air conditioned unit due to a medical issue and they found us one right away. Was a great central location, clean, quiet. Our only complaint was that the bed and sofa bed were not comfortable. But everything else was fantastic and all the staff were amazing.”

“This place was amazing! The pool area is an oasis! It is secluded and private yet close to the beach. The house is supplied with everything you need and then some. Plenty of tp, laundry soap, trash bags, etc. It also has an arrangement of seasonings and sunscreen, I’m assuming left from other guests. It has toys, movies, board games, beach chairs and toys, pool floaties, umbrellas, surf boards, etc. 2 of the bedrooms have their own access to the patio, which is nice because those 2 don’t have……

“The plantation property is stupendous. The variety of plants and constant maintenance by the hard working staff makes this resort special. I can describe 2 of the units because we had to vacate the first one after a water pipe broke. Unfortunately we were eating dinner nearby and were told we had until 8 pm we would have to leave because office closed at that time. Similar layout but furnishings and A/C completely different. We enjoyed the fabulous views from our lanai of the daily visits by the whales and the stunning sunsets. Ellen is a wonderful host. Highly recommended - 5 stars! ”
