“It was clean. The people who work there are friendly. Javere at HoloHolo Grill and Malia at the front desk, in particular, have exceptional customer service skills. The amenities are excellent (e.g. WiFi, workout room, pool). We enjoyed receiving the “green credit.” Everything that we needed was provided in a timely fashion. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. “This was a beautiful location! Hotel was very nice and helpful, with everything from arrival to departure. They suggested places to eat, things do do.
