“The house was exactly as described. Owners have set it up to be a home away from home. Relax in the swing, on the back porch, or on the large deck overlooking the river. You will not be disappointed! Owners were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all questions. The game room in the garage was fun too! Many thanks for a relaxing weekend.”

“I can not say enough about this wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed everything from the minute we got here to the minute we left! Everything was super clean.. we had everything we needed... the backyard was so peaceful...wildlife was great... the walk to the river was a fun challenge..[we went the shortcut down the hill] It was so peaceful and was perfect for family time!! Absolutely no complaints!! We definitely want to be back!!”

“Our stay at the house was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The game room was enjoyed by our grandkids and adults. The fire pit was awesome even though we could only enjoy it for a short time due to rain. The house is a short distance from Mohican State Park to do some hiking. I would very much recommend staying here and the host, Sandy made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip wonderful. ”

“A lovely older home, with the attic punched out to provide additional sleeping and two full baths. We didn't bring kids, but the swing set and close proximity to the large neighborhood playground would be great if you bring the whole family. ”

“Loved staying in a home with old charm yet new comfy features. Close to downtown mansfield where we found great restaurants and bars also checked out the carousel. Fridge is smaller , we just put water and drinks on porch since it was cold out. But if it is warm might want to bring cooler. We found xtra chairs in the closet for the table and to be out on porch, so that was nice. Thanks for a memorable weekendBuButbwarmer”

“Within a charming exterior, the rooms remarkably spacious, recently renovated, and meticulously clean. The property is quiet, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. The inclusion of a piano, coffee maker, and a comfortable couch in front of a large TV made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is a short walk to Ashland University and a short drive to parks and trails. We’d love to stay here again!”
