However, if you want a VERY comfortable bed which is often a problem for me this location will not disappoint. I travel to this area to care for my father often and I typically stay at the Holiday Inn in Pineville. “We enjoyed being in the middle of nature, right next to a pond, that is connected to Rodemacher Lake. In the evening and night the frogs were singing their orchestra, and you wake up with birds singing. If you like this, then this is your place. If you don't like bugs, then this might be challenging. The cabin is equipped with all you need. It is a little outdated, but that fits the location.”

“Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. And side note, we never stayed in this house, we found another place to stay. They have 2 pending deposits and I really hope that they fall off because if……

“Enjoyed our stay! I liked that there was an alarm. We came in late at night, the area looked a little sketchy at night, had a better view in the daytime, all was good. The location is close to all the stores you could possibly need. The water pressure was less than stellar, especially if you have thick curly hair, lol. The beds were comfortable, but some of the sheets had stains. Over all a pleasant stay, I would stay again. Thank you!!”
