“This is an amazing boutique hotel that surprised us both when we arrived mid day. It is beautiful and although at first we thought the area was "iffy" that turned out to be absolutely wrong. Very safe, easy to walk to many dining areas and the main town square. The pool, hammocks, deck beds are all amazing. The landscaping on the hotel grounds is fantastic! The staff are wonderful. The girl at the front desk organized a massage company to come to the hotel. She also arranged a boat……

“Casa Zazil is fabulous!! The owners are two sisters who take great care of guests and keep their property pristine. Every morning starts with a made to order breakfast, arranged for the specific time you would like it. In addition to the delicious meal, you get a variety of flavored waters, milks, coffee, etc. The owners share some of their favorite locations in the area and are always quick to help. Matter of fact, they made a call to my car rental place in Cancun because I couldn’t find……

El hotel se encuentra en carretera por lo que solamente puedes trasladarte en auto/taxi pero todos los de la zona están igual. Lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme en este lugar sin dudarlo.”
