“We enjoyed our stay. We were very close to DC, the airport, and all the museums. It was twelve of us. The home really felt like home. It has a very large open area on the first floor which includes the dining room, kitchen and living room. The adults and the children spent a lot of time together. We rented two vans but parking worked well at the house and was very convenient as we used an app to reserve parking in DC. Unfaithful staff

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
