“Surrounded by houses occupied by KU students, this is a nice little house with 3 bedrooms, a nice family room, small kitchen, and back yard. The bathrooms are really nicely renovated, the bedrooms are spacious, and the TVs are smart. The kitchen is tiny and there's little to no glassware so be sure to bring your own...1 wine glass, 1 low ball, and 4 mugs. Otherwise had plateware, silverware, pots, etc. Would happily stay there again. Was there with my kids and they liked it and we all felt safe……

“We needed to replace a multi-room hotel option with someplace we could stay that was relatively close to the KU main campus in Lawrence and would accommodate our need for more than one bedroom and not break the bank. This charming house in Baldwin City was an amazing find and a lovely surprise! We were just 20 min from campus and were completely charmed by the intricacies of the house. Clean, well maintained, and a great place for a weekend with our family. We will definitely be back again!”

Approach was a little confusing as I had forgotten this was a basement apartment, but host was very friendly and eager to help. Outside of property could be a little cleaner, but unit itself was spotless and fit exactly what. Do wish the couch was a little more comfortable, but we didn't need it. ”
