“The house was really nice, decorated well, had all the necessary items and extra well stocked kitchen for cooking. There was also a nice backyard with a bricked in area with grill and chairs - great space to relax! It is close enough to walk to the down town and the river.”

The house and bunk house were very accommodating, clean and comfortable. The location outside of Llano was perfect. The property is in an area along the river that was very scenic with deer in the yard everyday. There are neighbors, but we never saw them and my guess is they are mostly getaway type places. I would recommend for your next trip. ”

“Six senior guys, ready for a nice place to fish, play 42, enjoy adult beverages, cooking and eating. The house was great, location terrific. On a dead end road, so very little traffic. Bonus was meeting the owner, he came to check a showerhead not cooperating. Had a very nice visit. ”
