“Really fantastic property. Tons of space and nicely appointed. Location is amazing as well. Quiet street which feels secluded while also being just down the street from everything you may need. For sure will stay here again.”

“We celebrated my 50th w/22 guests & we were all trying to find a way to describe this property. The word we all agreed on was EPIC!!From the moment of booking, John made everything easy!! People flew into San Antonio & Austin, rented passenger vans & were at the ranch in 2 hours. This place is beyond unique!!! The adventurous dirt road leads you to the property & out of nowhere, Red Sands towers before you. We didn’t know what to do first; the water slide, diving board, golf cart ride, lounge……

“The place is beautifully and filled with memories. Its far away from civilization. Quiet and peaceful place in the hill country. Me and my family loved this property we walked all around the property. If you like taking pictures of the stars this place is also great. We were able to take some great pictures. Loved the glass roof over one of the beds. Overall I would definitely stay here again.”

“Our deer lease is about 15 minutes aways from this property. Once we realized it was going to 100 degrees out we decided to rent this property to get out of the heat and relax in the river. With the bunk house it was perfect for my family of 4 and my parents! The entrance of the river was great for two toddlers. It was the perfect long weekend trip to relax. We have it saved to hopefully stay at again one day! ”
