“The view outside the windows were truly breathtaking, and the beds were very spacious and comfortable. “The apartment was exactly as described in a peaceful, residential area, so you really felt you were experiencing the real Venice. Staying for 12 nights allowed us to explore and walk to all other areas of Venice. Our own little piece of Venetian paradise, and we would love to return as soon as possible. There is no air conditioning, which we chose not to have, so we could acclimatise, but staying in June was not as hot as it would be in August. Check-in was perfect, as was communication and……

“Simonetta met us at the studio and it was very comforting to have her living next door, explain transportation from the airport, to and from Venice, and the train station. She was a great resource to us as we acclimated to the area. The studio was clean, had everything we needed and a safe location. It is a 20-30 minute ride into Venice but we didn’t mind. We rode both the bus and tram. The bus was faster but more crowded. I would stay again and highly recommend!”

“It would be hard to find a more helpful and communitave hostess. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. The area is a little off the beaten path, but if you use the water ferry it’s easy to get anywhere you want in Venice. As for the apartment itself, it is right on the water, clean and spacious for Venice. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“This was exactly as described and as beautiful as the pictures show. I would not stay here with young children because of the auntiques (you can see them in the pictures - very beautiful) but it was spacious and beautiful and pretty easy to get to Venice using the buses. We had an issue with the fuse and I called him after 10:30PM and he answered right away so I was very grateful. He was also able to work with us to get in a little early which was so nice. The apartment itself was beautiful-……

“Excellent location, easily accesible to St. Mark’s Square without being in the middle of the madness. Down a quiet street, the apartment was a sweet relief—especially due to the very effective air conditioning system. We loved the comfort and spaciousness of the apartment, which looked just as described. It was a bit tricky to get to, though—Apple Maps was a disaster, but Google’s great. We would 100% stay at this place if visiting Venice again!”

The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though. Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room. I would 100% recommend this hotel. "
