“Very modern, well equipped holiday home. Very comfortable beds. The following observations aren’t serious but were slightly annoying… Unfortunately the three parking spaces are not allocated and were all occupied when we got there and we had no option but to park our car elsewhere..it would be useful to clearly mark each space with the house number to prevent others using them. The house can be occupied by up to 7 people but (apart from the dining chairs) there is only 2 two seater……

“The cottage is in the ideal location, right on the water and within minutes of the quayside where you can enjoy lunch and dinner if you don’t want to go further afield.Perfect for the dog with an enclosed garden and the sea to swim in and a lovely green area five minutes walk away.”

“The house was nice and clean with lovely clean cotton bedding and towels, and lots of small touches left like toiletpaper and handwash. There was also a hot tub which was vreat. The hosts were very helpful and also left a folder with instructions on how to use items in the house and the Wifi code. We were staying with 7 adults, 2 children and a dog. We all had a nice bedroom ( 5) and had a great time. We would certainly book it again. It was fabulous. Thank you very much! ”

“ It's a great spot for a few days in Poole, quirky little house with two sets of stairs (you'll need to be able manage them or you'll be stuck!)Has everything you need though the TV reception was a bit patchy. As we hired a car the garage is good to have - the Ford Kuga was a bit of a squeeze but it did fit.Would stay there again if we are back in Poole.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay at Bay View, and wish we could have stayed longer. The lodge was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating our breakfast watching the boats and paddlers having fun. And we had some amazing sunsets. We didn't make use of the parks facilities as we had places we wanted to visit during the day, but it would be ideal for families with lots of activities. “Unfortunately the house was not clean. Shoes needed to be worn as the floors were not clean enough to wear just socks. There wasn’t enough cutlery for all of us to eat. The bedrooms were well equipped but the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were so thin they were pointless. However the fact that we all had a tv and an en-suite was brilliant. Unfortunately the main living space isn’t as large as the pictures show and for a home that accommodates 14, the main living space is not big enough the……

“A good location a modern very clean apartment well equipped and nice decor. Only issue is parking seperate and only allowed 15mins to drop off luggage which could be an issue.”

“ Lovely apartment with easy access to Sandbanks beach/restaurants and ferry. Great view from balcony, quiet area with private parking. Lots of appliances and useful kitchen equipment (although the Dyson didn’t seem to work well,unless using the hose) comfy beds and great en suite. ”
