“The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with modern amenities including a lovely coffee machine and range cooker. Unfortunately there were somethings that we felt could be improved on. The beds were……

“Had a lovely stay with the family. Great space and a lovely touch of croissants jam and Easter eggs much appreciated ! Even sat on loungers outside on patio one afternoon. Easy walk to Bournemouth lots of stops along the way and Poole Sandbanks. Thankyou both for a lovely stay and already looking to see if we can return next Easter ! X ”

“It is 5 mins walk away from ferry to Shell Bay and Studland and Swanage. It is 5 mins walk away from the lovely beach of Sandbanks and further beaches and Chines. For us without a car, it is great to be a few yards away from buses to Poole and Bournemouth and stops on the way. Just amazing. The flat is lovely and well kept. Linen and fluffy towels provided. Clean, and well stocked for kitchen essentials. Coffee and tea etc provided on arrival. It may be helpful to have the bathroom……

“Well kept house, good standard of cleanliness, and well equipped and spacious. Comfortable furnishings including beds. Ideally located for pubs, restaurants, public transport and ferries, as just a very short walk. Although close to amenities, the road was quiet. The outside space was nice to sit in, with comfortable seating provided. Highly recommend for a quiet comfortable house to stay in. ”

“What a gem of a place and the owners are wonderful, very caring and thoughtful. After a long journey we had a wonderful friendly welcome. I wish we had found the holiday home before as it is difficult to find such a great place in the area. Thank you and we hope to see you again.”

“Lovely house, clean and warm. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds.Welcome pack in kitchen was thoughtful. Plenty of hot water and good showers. Further information re heating controls and lighting was required via telephone calls to housekeeper. Light switch for hall stairs and landing was on the 3rd floor - quirk of the house. Otherwise perfect.”
