“A "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before.”

“El checkin en la web de hoteles pone que es a las 14h, y cuando llegamos a las 14h al hotel, no solo el checkin resultaba ser a las 15h, sino que al ser autocheckin debían enviarte un código para abrir la puerta (habiéndose puesto en contacto contigo previamente), y eso no ocurrió.
