“We enjoyed our stay at this beach front gem. The back yard is amazing with a path to the beach. The house is tastefully decorated oozing with character and has the features you need . Grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge with ice and water dispenser.2 coffee makers (one with k cups and one traditional). Downstairs bath has a shower and upstairs a tub/shower.which is nice , The owners are amazing and were very responsive. There is a detached garage converted to bedroom/work space with 1/2……

“The house location was excellent. The kitchen was a bit of a disappointment, it was small and the pots and pans were lacking in the sense there were no smaller pots and the layoff was not functional. The upstairs bath needs updated the tub needs reglazing and its dangerous to use. I have some mobility issues so its not user friendly to older people. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there”

“Wonderful weekend getaway to the quaint and quiet town of Cape Charles. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the location was excellent-right across the street from the park, walkable to the town and the beach made it highly convenient! The house itself was a bit worn but well kept and spacious enough for our family of five and our dog. Overall, lovely stay and would recommend. ”

“If you want the views this is your spot! The check-in process was incredibly easy. The hosts reached out the first day to wish us well and left snacks for us to enjoy. It was a short drive to the theme park and the historic attractions. Virginia was good to my little family. We will absolutely be back! ”

“This property is fantastic! Very spacious and incredibly clean. Main bedroom has a king bed that is very comfortable. It also has its own bathroom with updated walk in shower. The next bedroom has a queen bed and we were told that it too was comfortable. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is probably best suited for children. “We had a lovely time at this very clean house. Notes for families: one bedroom is on the bottom floor, and three on the top floor (may not work for all families). One bedroom on the top floor doesn't have a door. It's in the common area. It worked for us, but may not work for everyone. Sony was very responsive and had very detailed check in and check out procedures. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone! The views from the balconies were beautiful and sitting……
