“The location of this property is pretty great in comparison to beach access! We were only a couple blocks from beach access. The beach in this area is also much more relaxed than the main VA Beach. Theres also options to drive to eat. Our main concern for the lower rating review is the cleanliness of this apartment. First thing we noticed was the smell, like old second hand smoke. Then there seemed to be a film on everything. After taking a shower we noticed in the bathroom there seems to be……

“The unit was exactly as shown. The main reason I chose this group SAS because of all the positive feedback I read up on Nicole. Nicole responded quickly. We can am issue with one of the bed frames. They were on it immediately and got it taken care of the same day! I really appreciated that. And the gentleman they sent over was also super kind. “We had a wonderful stay in Norfolk, Virginia, at OV. The room was very clean, exactly as described, and just a very short walk to the beach. We brought our dog, and the area was perfect for walks and relaxing. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay again!”
