“We went on a Beach Getaway and the only regret was not staying longer! The property was easy to get to and the check-in process was smooth. The hosts answered quickly when I had a question. It was the perfect location in Sebastian with restaurants and places to visit within walking distance along the waterfront, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. “This is a cute/ cozy two bedroom, one bath with a full kitchen! It does not look like much from the outside but inside is completely remodeled. The shower is new and the water pressure is excellent. Full washer and dryer are good for people that need to stay longer than a couple of days. The owner is very responsive and lives right down the street! We will be back! ”

“There were 7 of us - four adults and 3 kids (3, 8, 12). The four bedrooms in the house worked perfectly for us. Having three full baths was great, too.The house was clean and well appointed. We needed additional towels for both the bathrooms and the pool and the owner brought those over right away.The kitchen layout was great for multiple adults to be in there getting all the kids’ stuff together. “We (me, wife and little dog) had a great February in Vero. The house is large enough to accommodate a good size family so we had room to spread out. Jim was a great host. Very easy to reach for questions.Close to Vero beaches, restaurants and shopping. Just a few blocks from Riverside Park where there's always something going on.The pool was great. Pool guy came once a week to clean and treat. Jim left us a golf cart that was too much fun. Best winter stay ever this year!”
