“Had a weekend trip with friends, the location was great and walking distance to the beach. The place was very clean and had towels and stuff for the beach which we didnt use but its there. Communication with the owner was great. It was still being cleaned when we arrived and the house cleaner explained everything to us before she left. Besides needing some windows in the main area it was great!”

“Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive……

“Very nice location with all the amenities you would ever need. Unit was updated and beautifully decorated.Facilities on the property were all very well maintained.Main pool area and tiki bar has been totally redone unfortunately the pool was not in service yet due to not being inspected at the time we were there.Tiki bar was was fantastic with daily live music at Happy Hour with great food and drinks. “I liked that the unit was as advertised. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, similar to what I'd expect in a hotel room bed. I received ample communication about parking and accessing the unit. My only disappointment was the hot water for my shower lasted only 3 minutes, and my travel partner had to take a cold shower. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cozy suite! The location was perfect—close to many amenities, making it super convenient for our trip. “When we pulled into the driveway, the nightmare began. The outside of the place was not like it was shown on the VRBO listing. There was green mold all over, a very rusty & dirty grill (there is not a stove in the house). When we walked into the house we could smell mildew & see mouse poop. We contacted VRBO right away which they were no help. We pulled the filter out for the A/C & it was CAKED with dirt &dust like it had never been cleaned. “Great place to stay for large group. Check in info was incorrect but quickly solved with a call the the property manager. It is great to have parking and easy walk to duval and beach! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub is older and set to highest temp and could only get about half the jets to work but really didn’t have time to use it anyway.”

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out.
