“Had to search for the key to get in. No prior indication of where to find it. Was greeted by a dirty mop bucket with water, right inside the door. Found several various items tucked in couch..: dog toys, bottle of soda, electric hair trimmer. Bathroom was filthly, did have new towels. Painters tape still on wall in shower, odd signs hanging on doors. Driveway was covered in ice, no rocksalt. Property completely dated. Light bulb above stove exploded sending glass everywhere. No cleaning……

“What an absolutely wonderful stay! The only "issue" was my initial entry into the home was blocked by a troop of Girl Scouts selling cookies. Heckuva problem if you ask me! 5 star vinyl!”

“I need to be in Binghamton for work for a few nights and was just looking for some thing simple and affordable. This property offered that. You won’t find many properties more affordable for a nights stay. Everything was available and provided as advertised, and when my stay required communication with the property owners, they were responsive and very reasonable.”

“My second time staying in a VRBO. The Modern Urban Stay Dtwn Apt was exactly as advertised and more. The parking lot is shared with Cindy's Diner. I stopped for breakfast two of the mornings. It was great.I had to be a the Vision's Veterans Memorial Arena each day for 4 days. The walk was about 4 city blocks and directly down the street. I had the chance to stop in the coffee shop on the same block and grab a coffee for the 10-12 minutes walk. Walking back at night there are bars and……

“Came to town for a funeral and this house provided space for our family. Was quaint and comfortable. We had a problem with the upstairs shower but Ray came by and fixed it without hesitation. Was very easy to get a hold of. Great little house.”
