“This place was the most stocked rental I’ve ever seen! Errin is very responsive and a great host. It’s an older unit that doesn’t have a dishwasher and the yard is not maintained which doesn’t give a great first impression, but don’t let that fool you. It’s darling inside with very very comfortable beds and pillows, it feels clean, and it’s a quiet location that is central to everything. We had great sleep and a great stay here, and would stay here again. ”

“My family was in town for to tour UVM. Place was nice, clean and just what we needed. The location is close to downtown but maybe not the nicest part of town. Overall, it felt safe and was convenient to walk downtown and to the waterfront. Would stay again. ”

“This little bungalow was great. It is right in downtown Winooski, minutes from UVM and downtown Burlington. My daughter and i stayed there after we moved her out of her dorm at UVM. It is right on the street so there is a little light and street noise if you are sensitive. It is the first floor of a two story house. We didn’t hear them upstairs too much. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the hot tub. It was clean. It was funky and fun. I was a little surprised by the parking situation. It is……

“If you are coming in by train on the Ethan Allen Express it’s a literal 4 minute walk to the station. The place is also very close to all the shopping/restaurants/bars/coffee shops you could want and hiking/biking on the island line trail. And after all that you can come home and sit on the balcony with an angular view of the lake. ”

“This was the perfect choice for our overnight in Burlington. The property was clean, well appointed and a short walk to Church St and other attractions. The host was very easy to communicate with and the check in and out were very simple. I recommend this for anyone looking for the Burlington city experience!”
