“Very friendly and pleased to help. Great food. We should have asked for a room change as we had a screaming child in the next room. We were given an interconnecting room so sadly heard the family trying to put a very noisy child to sleep. It’s not the families fault, we were just tired from a long drive, as a result we did not request a different room. Despite this negative, I can recommend this hotel. It was very clean, comfy bed and good food. ”

“Friendly and helpful front desk staff who even negotiated on the phone for us to ask the biking tour guide to greet us at the Beaune train station. His English is very good. The room is very modern looking and stylish. Compared to other hotels we have stayed, this one is not as spotless, but it's still clean.
