“This was my grandson’s 18th birthday gift. He wanted to go to the beach. He was surprised and in AW… to see the home. My grand-daughter was able to bring her Molly (dog). Needless to say we all enjoyed ourselves even when it rained. It was like being right at home. The beds were comfortable, we cooked out as much as we could. Extremely clean all around. The host was super sweet and helpful!Hope it’s available next year, we’re spending more time! Thank you! Melinda ”

“This was an amazing place for my kids and I to get away. We were all catching fish and the view from the deck allows you to see both of the launch towers at Starbase!”

“The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. Several light bulbs out including master shower, upstairs bathroom, dining room, porch, and……

“A comfortable cottage with all the amenities, it even had a dishwasher. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed if we abated to cook (which wasn’t often ). Andrea managed the place and she made sure we had everything we needed, very nice!!”

“Overall we had a great stay, Brena was on touch before and after our stay to be sure the check-in went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. Lovely property, cozy and provided everything we needed to enhance our stay. We had a few issues that I discussed with Brena which were resolved so I would definitely stay here again. ”
