“This was my grandson’s 18th birthday gift. He wanted to go to the beach. He was surprised and in AW… to see the home. My grand-daughter was able to bring her Molly (dog). Needless to say we all enjoyed ourselves even when it rained. It was like being right at home. The beds were comfortable, we cooked out as much as we could. Extremely clean all around. “The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. Several light bulbs out including master shower, upstairs bathroom, dining room, porch, and……

“Condo was nice and was supplied with plenty of dishes, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. There were a decent amount of beach chairs and plenty of beach towels available for use. The view was spectacular! The complex was pretty dead when we were there and the restaurant was only open until 2:00 pm during the week.”
