“This place is gem. Very nicely situated with lots of space, a pool table, screened in porch, a pier with rails (rare), and a huge yard. The two king beds and all the bunk beds make it so easy to have several people stay. The house is so nicely stocked with so much more than I have ever seen. The hosts clearly love their place and want others to enjoy their time. Just down the way is a Marina with live band, bar, and restaurant...this place has it all. We also had Lavaca Bar B Que……

We absolutely loved the pavilion or cook shack area in the evenings where we sat and relaxed. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit. “Beach Front Cottage – Head in the clouds, toes in the sand. Stayed Thursday July 25th through Sunday July the 28th 2024, for me and my wife’s 31st Anniversary. On the agenda, beach, fishing, relaxing, puzzles, search for shells and driftwood and enjoy the views. The days we stayed just happened to be great weather and we had the beach all to ourselves. We pulled our wagon to the beach right out in front of the house loaded with our chairs, umbrella, drinks and radio for good tunes. The……

“As advertised. Peaceful, private, and in a community as well. Excellent location along the bay shoreline for walks and fish without effort. Enjoyed our stayed. Grilled, fished and strolled along the shoreline. The house had all the amenities for a perfect getaway, and room enough for 8 adults to stretch, feel comfortable in their own space. ”

Our entire days were for fishing. Yes bed and sleeper sofa were comfortable. Home was fully equipped from kitchen to bathroom needs. I would definitely return.
