“In terms of being immersed in nature, this is a great place to stay! The owls were amazing as were the consistent views of shore birds flying up and down the river. The screened in porch was a phenomenal area to spend time when raining, buggy or too hot out. We stayed cool, dry and bug free within it. Floyd's comical information binder was incredibly helpful. The proximity to St. Mark's allowed us tons of biking opportunities. The extras, like toilet paper, shampoo, lotions, etc were generous……

“Quiet and peaceful cabin. We had the opportunity to see deer, turkey and a rabbit on the property. Cozy. Starlink worked great. Fire pit and star gazing. Would recommend this property for anyone seeking a quiet retreat. ”

“This house is huge with a big fenced in backyard and very quiet location! The beach is 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk, but very private, clean with a big fire pit and chairs to use! The house has everything and again, is huge! I don't know how many bedrooms there were, but each one had a big bed with nice fresh linens! Can't say enough about this place! Oh, the town is great too with friendly people and lots of hiking trails!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Twisted Pine cabin with our 2 dogs. The cabin had everything we needed and then some! We appreciated the snacks, chicken and duck eggs, and especially the homemade chocolate chip cookies. The screened in porch is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and listen to/watch the birds. We loved the peaceful and remote location, yet we were still close to the FSU campus. A perfect stay!”
