“This is a terrific VRBO....our best in this area. The living area is large and the kitchen also large and well equipped. The prize is the large and lovely screened in porch that overlooks the river(below is another porch minus the screens). Very clean and nice. We are hoping to rent it again when we are able to return to the river.”

“Great house! We especially enjoyed the large screened in porch with beautiful sunrises. Home was equipped with so many kids things that was so helpful! I.e high chairs, pack and play, lots of toys, (our 2 yr old grandson Loved the chicken! He cried because it couldn’t come back with us! lol), and many kids dinnerware, cups, etc! The owners were very helpful in getting us anything we needed, and made great recommendations on eateries and things to do in area! Highly recommend!”

“Great Vacation Property! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to go to the beach without the crowd!the house was clean and stocked with all the appliances you might need. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. There is also a toy area outside stocked with a few beach toys. If you want beach chairs or shade options plan to bring your own unless you get lucky and someone who stays before you happens to leave a few with the toys. The water is pretty calm on this……

“Enjoyed the views and plenty of room for our group. Although there is no water access except via boat at the property, we did walk down the road to the public beach. Although it was rocky in the water, we enjoyed the undeveloped location where the kids found crabs and other creatures. ”

“This trip was perfect for our family. We wanted to get away from busy life and this property was the perfect get away. The house was clean and well appointed. The owners have put a lot of thought into making this home comfortable and providing all the little extras. Kevin kept up good contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very welcoming and informative about the area. The view from the porch is perfect. The sunrises were beautiful. There was basically no traffic on……

“Having a single story property helped with the check in process so much! We spent the week relaxing on the dock and explored Mashes Sands beach. House was clean and comfortable for our stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun in the water during high tide. Low tide was muddy but it was fine that forced us to take a break from the sun. We enjoyed the yard and the shade & the fire pit. We did buy a kiddie pool to put at the door to wash the sand off our feet & I recommend that to keep the sand out of the house. We left it for the next guest to use. Overall it was great and we enjoyed our stay.”
