“This place far, far exceeded my expectations. This place was super roomy with all the comfort of home plus. The setting was magnificent and I couldn’t believe that the little dock house had a foldout twin bed, fridge, ac, and heat-the perfect place for that teen in the group that seeks their separate space! While we were in the area for a sad occasion, this place more than helped us feel comfy away from home. The owner was super responsive and as we found out how sensitive the smoke alarms were……

“In terms of being immersed in nature, this is a great place to stay! The owls were amazing as were the consistent views of shore birds flying up and down the river. The screened in porch was a phenomenal area to spend time when raining, buggy or too hot out. We stayed cool, dry and bug free within it. Floyd's comical information binder was incredibly helpful. The proximity to St. Mark's allowed us tons of biking opportunities. The extras, like toilet paper, shampoo, lotions, etc were generous……
