“Average stay!!! In side the house was clean. Nice deck!!! But the yard needed maintenance. Especially if kids are staying and are wanting to play in the yard. ”

“We had an absolute blast! The property was AMAZING! The pictures that are posted doesn't do the house, lake, property any of it justice. You have to see it to believe it. We went to the springs, the swimming hole on the lake, fishing, trail riding, decided not to go to wild adventures because there was so much to see an do in the area. We had a minor AC issue but the property owner corrected it and was completely attentive and got it taken care of immediately. .We will be back in the fall to……

“This is a lovely home in a quiet, family oriented development. The house was clean, nicely furnished and stocked with everything we needed for cooking (including a grill), laundry and beach time. I like to enjoy the beach from under an umbrella but here, a palm tree provided plenty of shade. The water's edge is truly just a few steps from the house. We walked a couple of blocks to the bay side, seeing beautiful homes, boats and gardens. This area is apparently a fishing haven.The views from the……

“We rented a home locally so that I could spend time with my kids and nieces and nephews for Easter it was a comfortable stay, lots of space. Great neighborhood and great neighborhood. ”

“A cottage that beckons you to come in, make yourself at home, & RELAX. My high-school foreign exchange students 2 girls (N. Macedonia & Kyrgyzstan) & 2 boys (Taiwan & Kazakhstan), the host father of the girl from Kyrgyzstan, & I were in Tallahassee to visit the Capitol & see the legislature in session. Anxious to get inside, the students streamed back out, exclaiming how beautiful & nice the house is inside "How did you find it!?" Phenomenal, homemade, healthy bars & lovely, handwritten words……

“Very clean and a great location. Check in was not a problem a nice cold air-conditioning throughout. The two main floor toilets are very slow to flush, but did work. Typically, we see kitchens a little better outfitted with good knives and pans than this location. The home appears to have settled some from previous storms and the doors tend to hang up and make a lot of noise inside. Difficult to be quiet getting up at night. Would’ve loved to have had a second shower or bath other than the sand……
