“A cottage that beckons you to come in, make yourself at home, & RELAX. My high-school foreign exchange students 2 girls (N. Macedonia & Kyrgyzstan) & 2 boys (Taiwan & Kazakhstan), the host father of the girl from Kyrgyzstan, & I were in Tallahassee to visit the Capitol & see the legislature in session. Anxious to get inside, the students streamed back out, exclaiming how beautiful & nice the house is inside "How did you find it!?" Phenomenal, homemade, healthy bars & lovely, handwritten words……

“House was as advertised and the owner communicated clearly, which made it very easy. The house was clean and worked perfectly for our family of 5. Cool vibe inside with a peaceful backyard (with a nice grapefruit tree) in a quiet neighborhood. We visit Tallahassee once a year to see family and will definitely look to rent this house again. ”

“This was the perfect home to rent for my 5 grandboys. At the fun ages of 10, 5, 2.8, and twin 19month olds, this place nailed it! The large family room attached to the bedroom with (2) bunk beds and a day bed along with a pool and plenty of floating devices was the highlight for my grandboys. They were delighted about having their own space with a popcorn machine and plenty of games/toys/tvs. The kitchen was more than what we expected. Plenty of everything you need to cook for 4 adults and 5……

“The home was just as described and has a wonderful sunroom which was a pleasant surprise. The backyard area provides some of north Floridas beautiful azalea plants as well as a covered area to shelter from the fabled Florida showers. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The showers have great water pressure. Host provided clear communication. Will stay again our next visit to see family.”
